    21 miles done. Final long run before Paris. It was unusually "cold" here. Temp stayed in the 60's F. The locals were wearing parkas and scarves LOL. But it was perfect for running. Too bad this old lady isn't in better shape - I was slow even with great conditions. But it's done. And I'm going to Paris. So no pity party for me.

    Plus I made GOAL! WIth 19 bonus miles to spare. Woohoo!

    My son dropped in for a visit, left yesterday. We did get one outdoor ride in and the rest of the time was hanging out playing X-Box. My *kitten* moving suffered quite a bit. Made up for it today though.

    Got in 14.12 from ex bike at 4:15 this morning & after work I took the four furries for a 3 mile fast walk/jog.

    March 21: Better day today. My dad is doing better except that he has really stiffened up from being in bed and is having lots of issues with knee pain. Hopefully, he will be back home tomorrow or Wednesday.
    10.35 miles of walking and jogging today.

    4.3 mile run/walk. Apparently my Fitbit logged some steps/calories of me walking around the mall waiting for my phone to be fixed, but I'm not recording it. Made me chuckle though.

    Let's start the month off right with 29 miles out of 200. :smile:

    Adding 16 miles for 45 out of 200.

    Adding another 13 miles for 58 out of 200.

    Adding 22 miles for 80 out of 200. I need to go to CE next week so I need to get miles in this week.

    Adding another 4 miles for 84 out of 200. Now off to CE.

    Well, a week at the conference and four days with the flu and I'm finally getting back on the bike. 6 miles walking at the conference and 11 miles today and I'm up to 101 miles out of 200. I have to remember not to push it too fast or I'll wear out and be back nursing the flu again.

    Adding another 10 miles for 111 out of 200.

    Adding 14 miles for 125 out of 200. This flu is killing me! I get to feeling better and without warning it comes charging back. I'm not sure if it's the same one or my immune system is weak now and I'm picking up other versions. Thank goodness for a wonderful wife and great techs at my clinic. You can't put a price a great techs and I certainly don't deserve the wife I have. Don't tell her though. :smile:

    @Dean, I sure hope you get to full recovery in a fast way & when you do let me know ok? I haven't felt well for a solid 3 months. Start to feel better then I have bronchial crap, or a sore throat, or a cough and the exhaustion is always there but I keep persevering!! Don't worry I won't tell the wife but she's also lucky to have you say such nice things!!!

    I was really tired this morning & pushed the snooze 2 times so I only did 10 on the ex bike. Work was BUSY today. Got lunch ready for 150 then the food truck arrived with 156 cases of food. I got my weight lifting in for the day LOL!

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike for 45 mins and an episode of Grimm then went to 1st grade then completed another challenge which was mostly trying not to fall off the exercise ball!!

    Wow weight lifting and miles added. That's a lot of walking back and forth to put stuff away!
