Well, a week at the conference and four days with the flu and I'm finally getting back on the bike. 6 miles walking at the conference and 11 miles today and I'm up to 101 miles out of 200. I have to remember not to push it too fast or I'll wear out and be back nursing the flu again.

@Just_Ceci: I know how you feel. Felt that way after knee surgery but you will be back there again better then ever and tearing up the pavement.
@ Dean: Hang in there.....that stuff is nasty. You are wise to not push it. Feel better and welcome back.
March 17: Four more days of coaching volleyball and I will be free to run and bike longer after work...yippee.

Had a nice visit with my daughter yesterday and added 4.5 miles walking too. I probably would have walked more if I'd stayed home, but I had fun and she now has shoes that aren't completely torn out on the sides. (No comment on whether she will get rid of the old shoes).

Back to work today. kar328, I can't wait til the time I can say "not here" but that isn't even possible til next month. For now, I'll just try to keep a sense of humor and hang in there.0 -
