Still working hard on those 10 pounds! I love Kathy's idea of making sure she is logging and no chips. I joined her in the logging. I had been slacking.. So I am seeing where I need to make improvements. I am going to not go over more than once a week for all of March.

Tomorrow is the first day of March. So lets get busy and stay on track.
Using this mornings weigh in. 147.2
Might be up tomorrow already! Drat. But will be back down by Friday! Logging and staying in my calorie goals will really help me to get into shape for the summer.

Almost forgot, beginning weight in December was 153. So down the first 5 pounds. Boy was that a long month! LOL0 -
I will use this morning's weight...140.4. Logging and staying within my calorie allotments. Keep exercising and walking. No triggers/junk.

Sigh... My bounce was up to 165 yesterday. And it only dropped to 164 today. Might be a change of diet, but really, I've been good
that's not fair.

Yup, 2 more dropped off today.
Gonna use 162 as my March starting weight (same as the beginning of January) because that bounce was just too wrong. :noway:

Paula...yeah, I hadn't entered my weight for yesterday which was down 1.0...I wish it had been 1.5 today.

Chris I hope your weigh in went well.
I have been holding steady. My fault though. Been slightly over my calories on occasion. If I want to lose some more I have to change that!

Thanks, Shelley, my weigh in went okay. Not great but what I expected. My eating has been off track for the past two days. Way too much salt. Can't even move my rings around. I only walked today. No bike...no DVD. Some kind of funk going on...wonder if it's the weather...
Kids got home from D'land...brought me a new D'land hoodie...picked up Bean.
I'm having lunch tomorrow with two ladies I used to work with. It should be fun! On the 30th of March I will have been retired for one year! Boy! That went fast!!
