I 90% of the time pre plan my meals sometime from what I have and sometimes I'll get a bulk item to make different meals from it! Since it's just my husband and myself it's easier meal planning. My husband is so not into eating healthy so MOST of the time, I'll make two versions though. We always have left overs we use for lunch for 2 or 3 days. I've been doing this for so long my hubby is so use to me when we dine out making substitutions,

Yay!! I love our team.
I'm ok with however you do it. That leaves us with 4 Fridays. It would be nice to have a different person choose the challenges each week. I'm down either way you work it.

I plan most meals when I am getting ready to go to the grocery. The kids get to help with it sometimes since I only have dinner at home 3 night a week. But they have noticed a shift with different vegetables and other substitutions. If there is something I really shouldn't eat I will just watch my calorie intake for a few days or work out longer. I learned a couple of weeks ago that if I am craving something that I just need to eat it. Otherwise I overeat on other things trying to fight my craving.0 -

Hi! ! I just saw I've been added to this team! I'm so excited! And honestly a little nervous. This is my 1st challenge.
I started MFP in 11-2015
My weigh in day is usually Friday.
I'm 5'2" .
My starting weight was 169.
My current weight is 156.
My goal weight is 134.
My "dream" weight is 115.
I'm a bit frustrated right now. I haven't lost any weight in the last few weeks.0 -
I am going to do the nutrition challenge with no eating after 8p.m. Sunday, Tuesday, and Fridays. The rest if the week no eating after 10p.m.

Game is OFFICIALLY on!! Let's go team. What are your plans for Day 1 of the challenge? I'm doing C25K W2 D3 and Shadow Boxer Knockout Body System. I'm also gonna finish adding meals into my meal plan for the month. For lunch today, I'm having my favorite combination....baked Tilapia, spinach and baked sweet potato. (YUMMY) This is my goto meal
My weighin day is Saturdays so I will be having my week 1 weighin tomorrow. I will post first thing in morning because I'm super duper excited. Wish me luck!!0 -
Good morning! I will do both challenges this week.
Nutrition: I will not eat after 8pm Tues, Wed, Fri & Sun. I will not eat after 9pm Mon, Thur, Sat.
Fitness: I will do at least 30 mins of exercise 5 days this week.
Today is my day off. I have a doctors apt & also a test for some health issues I've been having.
I will make up my meal plan for the weekend and next weeks work week. Grocery shop & prep my meals.
I didn't really introduce myself yet. I am 45, married and have been a bartender for over 20 years. Im very thankful that I no longer have to work late nights and that I only work days now. The money isn't as good on the day shift but its well worth saving my sanity by not having to work until 3am.

Love your plan for the week! When my husband and I FIRST got together, years and years ago, I use to work swings, as a waitress. That's where I've LOST mine for sure, lol Pus a year ago I decide to completely retire to save the little I HAVE NOW,
My plan for the day is to get an early morning workout in! We're getting my grand babies for tonight and keeping my grand son till Wed since is spring break for him! So for the next few days, I'm probably going only be on for short times! My plan is to get LOTS of park time in and hopefully EARLY run in. Healthy choices is a must, I anyone needs me PLEASE message me,0 -

My plans are:
Day 1 of challenge - strength training and cardio at least 30 minutes.
No food after 8pm. This should be easy tonight. If I get a craving I am just going to satisfy it before then. Instead of fighting it and eating way over my calorie goal and time.

Hi, it's jenn. I just wanted to make sure it's ok for my "official" weigh in day to be on Fridays. Im not sure I'm clear on when the cutoff time is for the weekly weigh ins. I thought we could submit our weights until 11pm on Fridays?0 -
