what day does everyone normally weigh in?0

My normal weigh-in day is Monday. But, I can weigh anytime since I really just started. Do we send our weekly weigh-in numbers to Serendipity0913 or post them somewhere?

If you look under announcements you will see where you can submit your starting weights. Everyone weighs in on different days so to accommodate this you can submit anytime between Saturday, March 26 and Friday, April 1.
Hope this helps

The spreadsheet does not allow me to enter anything. Will it open April 1?0

I don't have it set to be able to enter information. I don't want to come across as a control freak but when I've left it open in previous challenges people were accidently deleting formulas, etc. That's why I'd prefer people post their weights in the thread that I started under announcements. Starting weights will be collected the week of Mar 26 - Apr 1 (depending on your weigh-in day).
For example if you are part of a group such as Weight Watchers and your weigh-in day is Wednesday. You'll submit your starting weight on Wednesday, Mar 23. That will be your starting weight and from then on you'll submit every Wednesday for the week. Results will be announced on Fridays after everyone has submitted.
I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have any questions.

I usually officially weigh in on Fridays, but if people want another day I am more than willing to change.0

Hello all, my name is Lisa and I excited to lose some weight with you all. I will be weighing in on Friday mornings. I don't think we all have to weigh in on the same day, just all in the same week. LET'S KICK SOME SERIOUS WEIGHT BUTT!! feel free to add me if you want0

I'm usually a Friday weigher, usually I am a little less strict with eating over the weekend so then I have the week to recover lol0

How's everyone doing so far this week?
and if you're wanting to share..what are some of your goals through this challenge?0 -
Hi Everyone, just checking in. BTW, doing good w8inforthesun (love the name), thanks.
I started my 'new' journey February 1, and so far managed to lose 12 lbs. I am still hoping that I can make 15 lbs by the end of March. Even with the 12 lbs I have noticed that some of my clothes are not quite as tight. I am apple-shaped so everything I own always seems to be small in that middle area.
So today went through my closet and found some nice items that I might be able to wear again easily if I lost another 10 lbs. So that is my motivation for the April challenge! I will be able to have a new wardrobe without spending a penny! Of course if I ever get to my goat weight, I am planning a new wardrobe.
I am trying, which seems to work best for me, a lower carb along with counting calories and logging in everyday. I find that logging helps a great deal, along with the exercise. I do a lot better if I work hard on the cardio.
So my goals are to try to lose between 8lbs at least, log in everyday, drink my water and cardio 5-6 days a week (mainly brisk walking). And to fit into a new top from my closet!
Wishing everyone all the best in their weight loss journey, we can all work together and help each other on this journey downward.0 -
Moving closer to our start date of April1! Are you excited?? We have great goals and we WILL be successful in our journey!0
-
@w8ingforthesun My goal is to lose 2 kg (4.4lbs). I have lost 43 kg (94.7 lbs) so far, and my weight loss has slow down somewhat. I know it's normal, but it can be frustrating sometimes.0
-
Yep, I am getting excited! With Spring here, and summer coming soon, I am more anxious to get this extra weight off and be successful.0
