I am allergic to coconut and am having trouble finding fat bombs recipes without it. Anyone one know any non-coconut fat bombs recipes?

you could try savory fat bombs or instead of coconut use unsalted butter0

@ms_smartypants I will definitely try to unsalted butter thing. I have seen so many good recipes but then I get to where it says coconut and have to walk away. Thanks for the suggestion.0

I bet ghee would work well too.0

Look for cream cheese recipes.
But, if you can just eat more butter, olive oil, fatty meats, you can probably eliminate the need for fat bombs entirely. I haven't made any since my first month of Keto.
Also, are you trying to make sure you reach the "fat goal" because you really don't have to hit that number. Just get enough that you aren't hungry.0 -
@Sunny_Bunny_ I am doing IF for the next 5 days, and I saw eating fat bombs were suggested.0

Below are some without coconut. If I had to do them again, I would use "Just Like Sugar" (Inulin) for the sweetener. These taste much more like real chocolate, (but you have to stick to the recipe and not substitute!)
You can also use red palm oil/butter, but I think the taste was too strong.

This is a really weird one, maybe, but I usually have:
2 oz cream cheese
2 T heavy whipping cream
pinch of stevia
Few squirts of reddi whip
Blended together and put in the freezer for a few minutes. It tastes like soft cheesecake to me. It's not super low in carbs, but it usually fits into my day if I need something between lunch and dinner.0 -
I like cream cheese clouds or cream cheese fluff.0

I made these on the weekend, used a mini muffin silicon pan, and stuck them in the freezer. Yummy. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/cream_cheese_clouds.html0

We're they suggested for your meal once you start eating? I'm confused.
I would think you'd get better nutrition from just food instead of fat bomb treats.

II made them once in the beginning. They went in the trash! Don't even remember what kind they were! I would use cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese mixed together and that satisfied the need for snacks at first.0

@Sunny_Bunny_ They weren't suggested directly to me. I was reading different articles about doing IF, and some of them suggested to eat them during my eating to help stay full. I am still eating regular meals during my allotted time, but I thought about popping a few fat bombs as well to keep from getting that starving feeling during my fast time.0
