We left at 4:30 this morning (getting up at 3) for the city. My husband drove his semi truck to the truck company to have engine checked (9 am) & I drove my suv so if his truck needed to be left. My appointment was at 12:45 and it went GOOD. Was told all is normal. (I'm not normal so things might not be right LOL) My husbands truck was checked over & adjusted so he did drive it back & I drove back home alone. This is a 10 hr round trip. We were going to spend the night but with the weekend coming up, I wanted the time spent at our cabin so we drove back home. I THANK YOU ALL for the prayers & kind words, they always mean soooo much to me!3

Finished out the month with another 4.5 miles and a long work day. But.....I have fresh blueberries!!!! I found a new farm to pick at and I will be going back as often as I can. They limit the days picked and the number of pickers to keep the bushes healthy, so I have to hope their schedule fits around mine. As it was yesterday, after I finished picking I was changing clothes in the parking lot so I could go directly to work....it was worth it.
June total 124.5 miles. I wished I had looked, I might have found just enough energy to get that last .5 miles.
@vhuber So glad it was good news.
@rockann and everyone else with a crazy work schedule right now. It isn't always possible to move as much as we want, but any efforts when life is complicated is a reason to celebrate. Congratulations for what you were able to accomplish. The same for those of you coming back from injury or illness. Give yourself a break, you did what was possible in the circumstances. Even if you feel you were too easy on yourself, your body may have been quietly telling you it was important to take your time coming back. Again, congratulations for any success you had.
@sufferlandrian Still jealous.........
