I didn't think I was going to lose anything at all this week. Even though I was very strict with exercise and diet. The body is going to do what the body is going to do! I did end up losing 0.6 pounds. Any loss is good!

Scrolling back through Happy Scale a bit so I can see how things have been going this year. In January I did a DietBet to get back solidly w/in maintenance range since I'd been bouncing 1-5 lbs above it for almost a year. Sort of worked but I did a little bounce up again mid-Feb and the scale initially refused to go back down again for several weeks despite being back on track. (Though looking at just the Wednesday weigh-ins, it doesn't look as bad as when I was weighing in every day!)

The one thing that irks me a bit is that in Feb, DH bought a new scale b/c he didn't like my old Tanita I'd brought back from Taiwan 11 yrs ago (too many steps).I compared the two before moving out the Tanita and I was consistently 0.8 lbs lighter on the new scale, so I'm constantly mentally adding 0.8 lbs for a fairer comparison. OK, that sounds really obsessive when I put it that way, but I love data ...

Wow really impressed with all of these awesome results!
Mine is a little unconventional because I did regular LC the first week, went off track week 2, and now week 3 doing Keto instead.

I weigh every day (almost), but don't normally post here. Anyway, my initial weight goal was 150 lbs. That was calculated based on my starting weight and starting estimate of body fat %, and based on a targeted BF% (then rounded from 148.xxxx to 150 lbs.).
As I've lost, some of my losses have been lean mass unfortunately. As a result, my new (estimated) target for BF% should be somewhere around 146-147 lbs. I'm getting close, so I have a Dexa scheduled on 4/14 to get a more precise measurement.
Anyway, Mon. was 148.4 lbs. I've been having a lot of BG issues and have been doing zero carb (no plants except coffee and small amounts of pickles or sauces) since Mar. 1. After about a week of seeing many low BG's, I decided to eat some peanut butter to replenish glycogen last night. Yesterday was around 200g of carbs, and today I'm back to zero carb again.
Today's weight: 151.4
*It won't surprise me if some of that glycogen storage is still happening as I started the day with really high BG and it has cooperated in lowering without ridiculous amounts of insulin. So I'm actually expecting an increase in water weight tomorrow. Some of the lean mass I've lost throughout my weight loss process is glycogen and the water holding it, which I'm ok with.2 -
I know I just weighed in yesterday but I was excited by today's weigh in; 130.8!!3

No change this week... Had my first carb blowout over the weekend and immediately gained 5lb of water weight! I've just got back to 180lb this morning after going HARD keto for the last 4 days...2

I weigh daily but I only record Wednesdays and it never fails my lowest weight of the week is Thursday morning. but YAY!!!

Apparently I'm terrible about keeping up with this...seem to kind of be holding steady around 147ish...not due to measure for another week, but last set of measurements was down despite the weight being up, so I'm just going to keep up with the workouts and keep on track with the food and not worry about the stupid scale.1 -

Ugh, its terrible isn't it?! I failed hard for 3 days, not only did i feel like crap, the scale went up 11 POUNDS!!!! It took a full week of hard keto to come back down and i was so upset that i put myself back a week or two just for 3 days of carbs! trying so hard to not let that happen again.2
