Starting low with 40 miles for July. 7.7 miles done so far, so hopefully this will get increased fairly quickly. As always, thanks to the people who give their time to keep our challenge going :)

... sorry I am so late declaring my intentions for this month! Hoping to get back on form and aiming for 65 running miles for the month of July!

Kicked it off with a 5.5 mile run today! Already behind schedule but will pick it up a bit from tomorrow! :)

We had 4th of July fireworks at the high school last night. Our walk this morning was slower than normal but much longer...we found more interesting things at our two parks and the school where folks gathered to watch! Crazy! Then we got Bean for a while and took him out for a couple of miles then I got on the recumbent for 56 mins and an episode of Banshee then I worked out to a yoga DVD. Now I'm going to read!!

    07/03 - 9.50 miles
    07/03 - 15.00 bike miles

@Dean: More wonderful photos! Did someone have a wipeout on their bike? Glad you were not eaten by the bear in Glacier. I have a friend and her hubby coming your way. The bike guiding group that he often leads trips for is celebrating their 40th anniversary and will be in Missoula for a weekend.

It's raining. Again. This is the strangest weather for July, it isn't even expected to reach 80F today. On the 4th of July. Odd. I was able to add 8.5 miles over the weekend, about half of them on the treadmill instead of outside in the thunderstorm. I hope the rain lets up some today, I would like to get out at least a little.

    July total 13.5 miles.

For my friends here in the US, Have a safe and fun 4th! For everyone, have a wonderful Monday. :)
