July 15: 20.6 miles today. I squeezed in some cycling miles with lots of walking so 12.6 miles of cycling and 8 miles walking. Did lots of yard work today. Feeling like I am getting close to being caught up. Never neglect gardens for a year. You will pay dearly. Unfortunately, I had a good reason which was taking care of my dad.
Shoulder is feeling a bit better today.
TTD: 297.4 miles

I was really careful with what I ate and drank yesterday and my head feels much better now. Plus I took a nice long walk, which always helps if I can manage it. Added 5.5 miles too.
July total 61 miles

Thanks for good wishes. So 2 weeks on and I am starting to heal the horrific bruising and swelling is going down and though I am resting with foot up as much as possible I have do more as now my OH is in hospital with kidney issues. 3 more weeks in the splint. Hope you all at least half way to goal1

I think I am finally shaking the cold I've had for the past 2 weeks. Went for my first run in ages today. It was hot but I'm glad I did it! Now I need to get caught up. 33/750 -

July 16: 24.9 miles today. Ran 6.8 miles in the high humidity, 2 miles walking and 16.1 miles cycling today.
TTD: 322.3 mile. That is second goal for me.

Hmmmm....either I didn't put enough miles in my goal for the month or I can not worry about having to get in my normal number of miles when I am on vacation at the end of the month. Might be nice to enjoy my long weekend away without having to pack all those workout clothes! LOL!0 -
Not a bad weekend for me. Added 10 miles in two days.

It's inspiring to see those of you who have increased your goal this month. And Clepant, Twice!!! But that doesn't take anything away from you if you are running behind either. We still have 14 more days to catch up, and even if you don't, you are still moving and still posting and that is success too. Even if that IS hard to remember sometimes.

Sad news, my daughter lost the baby. Most of my miles were walked on downstairs treadmill while my daughter was resting. I was going to try the exercise bike, but haven't been on that thing for months (since I started overtime hours in January I'd bet) and didn't want to add physical pain to everything else going on at the moment0
