Hello, all! I'm a veteran of GOAD from 2006-2008ish. IIRC, I went by the handle of skinny guy back then. I also had a blog called Gotta Keep it Off that I ran for a few years.
I lost 130 lbs back then, and kept it mostly off for a while. Right before Christmas last year, I had an epiphany where I realized that I had gained back 85 lbs since I made lifetime back in 2008.
So now I'm back on program and already down 33 lbs. And I've found GOAD, too! Doesn't get much better than that!1 -

I get where you’ve been. I lost 135#, kept it off for four years, then slowly regained 89#. On Feb '20 when it was clear Covid was killing the elderly, the infirm and the overweight, I concluded I could do something about two of the three. I was back to free Lifetime in Nov '23.1 -
Morning all, 55year old fat bloke from the UK. Been here many times before (dieting) so trying with the help of Mounjaro this time. Hoping that the additional assistance (and cost) will kick my butt in to gear. Doing this with my wife of 34 years (she prefers pen and paper to MFP)
Enjoying the ride so far, only 3/4 weeks in, but losing weight and gaining some confidence. Willpower and a little medicinal assistance is the plan for nowI would like to be an active participant in groups as a way of keeping motivated and in touch, but I am also very bust so may fall from the wayside. Lets see, positive start

You say you are having a positive start, so keep positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts of yourself.
