    Haven't we all?? (hugs) @SuperCarLori Sincerely, if you think you're ready to step down, stop and do a full system eval. Then, agree to wait another X days, and reevaluate. If still seems a good idea, then step down. Do an "idiot-proof" system to stop your "leaping in" tendency. I have to reverse psych myself all the time! LOL Sometimes it even works.
