    updating with spin classes, elliptical and treadmill. I think I'll update my goal to 250 km. I finally am in the routine of going to the gym!!

    16th: 1.86 miles, 1 m purposeful walking, 0.86 treadmill, strength training and Pilates - MTD 41.11
    17th: 2.51 miles a mixture of speed and hill training along the Prom. - MTD 43.62
    18th: 0 miles - MTD didn't even make my step target!!
    19th: 5.36 miles, 2.8 miles stationary bike, 2.56 miles runningWk7:D3 C210k - MTD 48.98
    20th: 2.94 miles purposeful walking along the Prom with a wickedly, bitterly cold wind- MTD 51.92

    @clepant - I'm glad the leaf dance worked. Now I hope you got them all to the curb for the vacuum. You were still in for a goal of 200, which you passed - congrats! I've upped you to 250. Not sure when you raised it.

    @rockann - grandbaby! Very exciting. Ah the smell of a newborn.

    I had a very lazy day and didn't move at all. But I should make up for it tomorrow, which is long run day.

    I always do FALL CLEANING right before Thanksgiving so besides washing walls, ceilings, cupboards, wall décor & windows I have put in 16.25 miles from running, walking & ex bike.

    I am falling behind again. The only countable movement I did over the weekend was a quick run for 3.24 miles.

    Hoping the weather will be warm enough the rest of the week for me to get on the bicycle, since my 4 weeks is up!

    ETA:

    My Physio has recommended that I roll back a couple of weeks on my C210k and reintroduce the inserts to my running shoes ...... My under pronation possibly being the root of my latest calf pains!!
