Mae's right, Danielle: it takes time. And some months are harder than others. But I try now to move on without self-recrimination. When I do, it's easier -- not easy, just easier -- to get back on track.4 -

Some of you guys have been here awhile some not. I see some of us are having trouble staying on track where in the past months have been spot on. I believe mine is a culmination of reaching my goal and diet fatigue. But now I have to figure out how to stay at this weight and it is proving somewhat challenging.

Ugh I want to die
Hi, I had a terrible time the end of November beginning of December. I felt terrible however I clocked it up to experience and started again. I don't feel perfect but I don't feel guilt. I am trying so hard never to do it again and am reading brain over binge. I'm hoping this helps. Please don't be too hard on yourself

@daniellethesheep @melsouth1972 I can relate! Nov and the first part of Dec were hard for me. It doesn't help when you are ill and just want comfort food. This week has been better for me. The important thing is to take one day at a time.2
