This was supposed to be in my last post
I made myself one goal during my weight loss and that was to lose 64 pounds by May 6th, I might not make it but OMG I will be really close!!!2 -

When I wrote "This was supposed to be in my last post" I meant the picture saying that I had 4 more pounds to lose I will still be writing in this journal and yes I will start a maintenance one after goal2 -

Yesterday I decided I was going to do an egg fast and you eat only eggs with 1 tablespoon of fat for each egg and you can have cheese too but I didnt...I had 6 eggs and 5 Tablespoons of butter and chaga tea with 1 Tbsp coconut oil...This was not such a great idea because I went to bed feeling nauseous and ended up throwing up my entire supper...I will never ever do that again because I love eggs and I don't want to end up hating them!!! Lesson learned0

Thanks, the closer I get the slower it comes off so I've been trying different things like that stupid egg fast and what I should be doing is just low carb and my OMAD so that's what I'm going to do till I lose these last 4 pounds0 -

I was reading that if we rush the last few pounds we'll be shedding a lot of muscle with the fat, so its not a bad thing that it slows down1 -

I can tolerate an 8 egg and cheese omelet for breakfast but not for dinner. The fat takes too long to digest and makes me feel ill also.0

@blambo61 I can do 6 eggs but I can't do 6 butters with it and for the egg fast that's what your supposed to do...YUCK NEVER AGAIN!!!0

Tonight I was outside picking up dog poop and I started feeling faint and everything started going black and I thought I was going to pass out, I had to sit for a minute and then the feeling finally passed...Its only 65 outside today and I went for a walk earlier but that's the only exercise I've done all day and I've drank plenty of water...This is the first time this has happened to me since losing weight and it was kinda scary...I feel much better now that I've eaten my supper0

I'm so glad you're okay. If that happens again though, please go see a doctor or something. Once may be okay, but if it happens again, something may be wrong. ((((Brenda))))

look after your health dear x you're almost at your target so there is truly no need for you to rush.
Try not to exercise or do anything strenuous before eating.
It might be worthwhile checking your pressure and blood sugar levels.
