Brenda, after looking at your chart again and letting it sink in, I'm feeling super encouraged. Sometimes I think we can discourage ourselves by looking at where we are and where we want to be. What I see from your chart is slow and steady weightloss, no major losses. I see a few times where you lost nothing or even gained, and you kept going. Look at you now, almost to goal! I think I'm going to make myself one of these charts because it really and honestly keeps things in perspective and shows that small losses add up to a lot over weeks and months. You are a rockstar and very inspirational!

@brendagaudette, I'm so happy for you! Congratulations on the loss and being only five pounds from your goal. Please tell me that once you reach it, that you'll still be a part of this group. Seeing your progress has been so very helpful to myself and others and you're so very supportive of others. I would miss you! I know that is very selfish, but that happens when people are positive and likable! lol

BTW, How do you get your table so nice and neatly lined up? When I tried to follow the same pattern for my chart and hit enter, it was a hot mess.

Thanks, I'm still going to stick around for sure and I'm glad to know that I'm giving people hope o:)

It took me a few tries to get it neat, I hard to do a lot of editing :p

@brendagaudette Hooray, I'm glad you'll be sticking around! What do you think your reaction will be when you hit 130/129 on the scale? And, WOOHOO on your new clothing sizes! Great way to treat yourself after your accomplishments!

I'm so happy you'll be sticking around, not just as a spirit-lifter and encourager, but to observe someone in the beginning of their maintenance phase. :-)

Ha, I guess I'll just have to keep working on the editing.

@brendagaudette when you go low carb, how many grams do you keep under? Just wondering.. How low is good enough..
