WhooHooo! (Clapping) ☆Congratulations ~ I would be over the moon ecstatic if I lost 3 pounds in a week. I don't think that has ever happened to me.0 -

Can these be found in Wal-Mart? My wife makes homemade tortillas that are delicious and as healthy as you can get from scratch, but I'm very interested in these low carb ones.

I'm curious about the net carb gimmick. Can we truly deduct carbs based on the dietary fiber? Just looking for an explanation. I remember calculating net carbs when I did Weight Watchers many moons ago.0 -

Some say we can and some say we can't but I do count the net carbs and I still lose weight so I will continue to do it1 -

I wish we had all the products you guys have in America! That pizza sounds amazing0 -
Interesting to see so many of us on OMAD seem to eat food like this! It's so simple and quick and tasty. I spend so much less time and energy obsessing about what to eat these days yet I still enjoy my food more than ever.1

1MADGIRL that's sad
Abm4n I agree, OMAD is the best way to eat1 -

I agree, we don't have a tenth here in Sweden of what's available in the US. It's both good and bad, we don't have all that processed food that is so bad, but we also don't have all their good options.
One thing that is good is that we don't have pre prepared cakes and things like that in our shops, I'm not sure I would have been able to resist... Bake ourselves or order especially and pay a lot... Good for someone with a sweet tooth like me!
But I agree Madgirl, some things one really wishes one had!
