    I'm really excited today because I just found out that they are making my favorite book into a movie, it's called THE SHACK :) I'm also happy because it's my Splurge Day!!!

    Today's meal was a Bologna, Cheese and Mustard Roll Up and a TBSP of Coconut Oil followed by a LC Hot Chocolate.

    I had venison with onions tonight and 1 1/2 cups of Smartfood Popcorn...Tomorrow I'm fasting all day :( but Saturday is my splurge day :)

    It's the only way I've ever fasted but I think for me it would be the same if I was LC or not...I think I would get hungry either way but I just try to keep myself busy and today I've been watching the food network which is a bad thing to do on a fasting day :p

    I found going low carb before I started intermittent fasting helped. It helped keep my appetite and cravings down.

    I'm down 1.8 LBs this week with a total loss of 44 LBs in 23 weeks :)

    This week I started adding in more carbs, I'm probably getting close to 50 carbs a day...I will see how it affects me when I weigh on Saturday and if it makes me stall I will cut back and if I dont stall I will add more carbs each week o:)

    Do you do water fasts often? Did you experience any ill effects/symptoms the first time around? I'm very curious about the longer fasts...
