Thanks everyone for all your concerns and suggestions I've decided that I'm not going to do low low carb anymore and I'm going to just be carb conscious...I really do think that what happened yesterday was from being so low carb and not getting enough calories...So new plan starting on Sunday3

Brenda, I think that's wonderful. I'm carb conscience, not too high or too low, I'm in the middle. Probably too high for you, maybe, but mine are usually 120 and below, I'm often at or under 100 and I don't count them, I just am careful where they come from. You've see the food I eat, most comes from fruit, greens, chia seeds, oatmeal, and sometimes rice, low carb tortillas. Many of the foods with carbs that I eat are cut due to the fiber in them as well, and oatmeal is a slow carb or something (I don't know the term, sorry) lol.

I count the net carbs too, which is carbs minus the fiber...I don't know what the count will be but I will adjust as needed1

my ideal carb intake is 120 as well I try not to go over this amount2

Today mine will be around 150 (but I have quite a bit of fiber so maybe net of 130-135ish), but I'm eating some tacos, dagnabit! Going to toast low carb tortillas and use for a taco salad :-)1

Your problem could have been too low of carbs and maybe it could have been too low of sodium. Keto folks need lots of sodium to stay healthy. Maybe a lack of it cause blood pressure to be low?1

OMG, wow, Brenda! Those are some great compliments from your hubby and daughter. As far as everyone else, just because they said that you look really good, doesn't mean they're hinting that you didn't look good before. :-)1
