@kar328 - I can't begin to imagine the stresses caused working in a hospital with no water.
It was disgusting, especially in a Labor and Delivery setting.
Adding 1.3 miles from walking before Boot Camp class, then too many laps of running in it.

Today was 3 miles on treadmill at 4 a.m. and a 1 hr fitness dvd tonight.
Question for anybody. Do you count your miles from walking throughout the day? I always hit 10,000 steps by mid afternoon (by my fitbit) but only count the miles from when I've actually planned a walking/running activity. My job has me moving on my feet for 7 to 8 hrs.

I only count miles that I'm purposefully walking, running, or cycling- not general steps. But I only just got a step counter a few months ago.
You do whatever works for you!

Personally, I set my goal with the intention of only counting deliberate, planned exercise sessions and don't count my daily Fitbit mileage. But that's just me. I know other people only count Fitbit mileage which also includes deliberate exercise, but then they set their goals higher because they include all of those miles. However you wish to count it is fine.
