Sounds like some people are getting some lovely spring walks in. Here the soul is convinced that it is spring. Snowdrops and Primulas are blooming and the ultimate test, Daffodils, are pushing their way up0 -
Ran some laps in HIIT class. I'm adding 0.5 miles. I'll take it wherever I get it.

@Kar: I feel for you. We had a section of our city with no water or on a boil only procedure for about. 4 days this past week. 19 schools closed. Two hospitals affected.0 -

It was disgusting, especially in a Labor and Delivery setting.
Adding 1.3 miles from walking before Boot Camp class, then too many laps of running in it.
