For April, i am going to work towards 200 points and Im going to make a multi month goal... Each month i make my points i will buy a gift card towards buying a professional mix master
Goals for April 29
1. Log all my food
2. Hit my protein goal
3. Stay under my carb goal
4. Drink 8 cups of water or equivilant
5. 30 minutes of physical activity
6. In bed by 12
7. Spend 30 minutes doing something that i enjoy except tv!
8. Stay in my sodium goals x
9. Stick too my grocery list and budget
10. Plan meals for sunday monday and tuesday
9/10 =200/200
