This is what happens when you are 119 before dinner, have 4 slices of turkey lunch meat, a pickle and some pepper jack cheese for dinner then proceed to eat half a sleeve of golden Oreos with milk due to a bad day and lack of willpower (accountability). Tomorrow I’ll be better1

First time I too it was 199 so tried again on another finger and got a 180. Very bummed because I had one of best numbers day ever. 106, 117 and 110. Guess wasn’t as good at dinner as I thought: small slice chateaubriand (sp?), salad w vinegarette and shrimp, green beans and cooked mushrooms.0
