This is what happens when you are 119 before dinner, have 4 slices of turkey lunch meat, a pickle and some pepper jack cheese for dinner then proceed to eat half a sleeve of golden Oreos with milk due to a bad day and lack of willpower (accountability). Tomorrow I’ll be better1
