I took the title right from Kathy. It said what I was feeling.

I did pretty good last month. Stayed under the 150 mark the entire month. Lets see if we can make a new goal and stick with it.

197.4 this morning. I got in a walk at lunch yesterday...5,578 steps for 2.6 miles. I'm hoping the weather cooperates for tennis practice this evening.

    Great day!

I found it! It a Passion Flower. They say it's "Royal Blue" (Passiflora Caerulea) but it sure looks purple to me. Pretty crazy!

    Later!

Great job Paula. The flowers come in multiple colors. Beautiful flower Chris.

I have started adding numerous clematis and hibiscus plants around my yard. Some are doing well for only their second year. And a few rose of Sharon's.. And now that my new camera is here I can take more photos! And show you ladies! Had to miss my workout tonight. Had to move a fish when I got home. That is rather involved. Total new set up of a quarantine tank and all the cleaning. But the little guy is doing well. Hoping to put it in the observation tank next week for a couple of months.

194.6 this morning. I hope my scale isn't lying to me. It's been awhile since I've had a sustained loss. Is it early enough in the month that I may get out of the 190s? Not going to put pressure on myself but it would be nice!

Kathy you can if you put your mind to it. I used to watch a show with Richard Simmons. He was so empowering. OK no laughing! He really seemed to care about others. But yes Kathy. Count your calories. And do not subtract for exercise. Adjust accordingly. The only this me I subtract for calories is when I really kicked butt, and then only about half. Otherwise I just stay under 150. B)

Hope you sleep better. Do you need to borrow a puppy? :)

142.4 this morning at 6:30. Slept much better last night. A puppy would be so cute, but Bean is our #1 75 pound grandpup, although he's not allowed on our bed. I had a Keeshond when I was in my 20's and 30's. She slept at the foot of my bed for fourteen years. So sweet.

That dog was so cute! You should let Bean up. He would chase away bad sleep fairies!

I've been holding in the low 170's for a couple months now. Really really want to get it down to 150's.

Every day is the start of the rest of our lives. In the morning, I often think "wow, it's so easy, just eat a little less and the weight'll come off." Then I start gobbling the delicious meatloaf and dried fruit and find rocks in my wagon again.

I've managed to fight off eating the sweets at work, angel food cake, mini-cupcakes, cookies, even bagels... That's something...

Chris, it sounds like you're heading towards getting a puppy. Thinking about it is the first step. <3<3

Kathy, Isn't that feeling of happy disbelief fun? (wow I lost weight?? - really? - maybe?! - yeah!) Then the days go by and you get used to the new range and get blasé again. Remember when you were in the 200's and the 190's made you glow? Still rocking it wondergirl!

Clara, what kind of swimming do you do? Freestyle?

Shell, Love you my sweetie pie!

Chris everything is crossed for her!!! :)

Aw, thanks Paula. And if the temptation is only at work.......well time to retire! ;)

I did not weigh this morning. Walked the boys. Moved a fish. Cleaned out a tank. Getting for two large water changes. Went to buy plants in Douglas. Must plant them now!
