141.6 this morning at 6:30. We walked 5.25 miles this morning.
Thanks, Shelley. She thinks she did really well. We'll see in five week.
Actually, not walking or having R&B leave me around the kitchen way too much. I have been really good this week, but today will be the test. We hare celebrating DDD's end of the year at iYogurt for self-serve yogurt. DDD and I have spent a number of hours in this place...testing everything. As long as I don't go overboard I'll be okay. It will be fun!

Was really good yesterday and dropped 1/2#, but then today happened. Kept meaning to do stuff but kept putting it off until "later," which of course turned into "too late" the way it always does.
Chris, good luck and congrats to DDD.
Shelley, best wishes for your little fishes.

195.8 this morning. Too many meals out this weekend. Time to refocus again. Headed to the grocery store for veggies.
Great week ladies!
Kathy1 -
Excited to see my favorite ladies all here. We seem to stay focused when we are all together!
I was bad yesterday. And it showed this morning on the scales! I am logging today! 149.4

130 today so I need to get my wagon going! Paula, I do freestyle in my backyard pool. It's not Olympic size but continuously going back and forth works. When we have friends over, they float and I swim around them. Chris, I'm sure DDD has it too1

142.4 at 6:00 this morning. Two too many Skinny Cows and one too many Yasso yogurt bars.
Glad to see everyone too! Paula how are things going? Clara, wish we had a pool...I think.

194.6 this morning. It appears what I gained over the weekend is gone. I still have my eye on getting out of the 190s. I'm visualizing 189.9.
It is great to see everyone. I agree Shelley, we all do better when we work together. I'm teleworking today so I'm going to do a KCM video at lunch.
Great day ladies!

143.4 this morning at 5:00. Way too early for me! DDD takes her second test today. She should find out the results July 5th...I think that's what she told us.
Hoping to walk later. Depends on how hot it is when the kids p/u R&B. We are supposed to hit 100 & 102 this weekend...ugh! Hot!
Chris0 -
Chris skinny cows are supposed to be skinny!
And that is to hot for me!
Kathy I am visualizing you at 190 anything! I can see the huge smile spread across your face! You can do it.
Back to 148.6 this morning. Much better!
Shelley0 -
194.0 this morning. Tennis practice tonight. I also started the plank challenge yesterday and will start the arms challenge today.
Kathy1 -
Picked up R&B at 8:00 this morning so the kids could take their car in for service. They picked Ronan up at 11:00 and headed for Sacramento to visit friends. Bean is chillin' with us. I will do the Arms and the Plank challenge too...just can't tell my trainer when she gets back from Canada.
Chris2 -
Yeah Chris!!! I will not say a word to your trainer.

194.2 this morning. Tennis practice was cancelled...rain.
Kathy1 -
Bwahahah! You guys are the best! Thanks!
Kathy you have rain...we have 101.1 degrees outside and not a cloud in the sky. We will probably be walking at 6:30 tomorrow morning.
Chris0 -
Kathy I am so sorry. I know that really is upsetting for you. Hoping for clear skies for you. Hey how are the lilies doing?
Chris sou D's like a noon nap to me!
Really busy day even n court. So tired of people who are entitled lazy and addicts!

Boy did my kindle have fun with its auto correct! Weighed in at 147.8 today. Right direction!
I potted up 10 fuscias today. Had to mail order them. Nothing nice here! Sigh.....But I did get some nice starts. All nice colors and trailing varieties. I might start trying to start my own for next year off of these ones in September!

193.6 this morning.
Headed to my parents for Father's Day and feeling very blessed that I still have my parents. My dad will be 82 in July and my mom 81 in August. Both still drive, both still get around pretty well and they're still in their home.
Shelley the lillies are doing great and get taller and fuller every year.
Have a great Father's Day with your families.
Kathy1 -
Kathy that is wonderful. Family is so important. As are friends. And your weight loss is most excellent!
Shelley0 -
192.6 this morning. Not going to question it...hopefully I've turned a corner.
Kathy1 -
Great goings, Kathy!
Just to let you know, I've turned a corner, too! But mine is going uptown!! bwahahha! Father's Day yesterday, DH's b'day today. **sigh**
We got our walk in early yesterday morning, but it go up way over 100. Hard to breath in that kind of heat. This morning is beautiful...a bunch of little clouds everywhere...like the cloud gods were throwing cloud balls at each other! I told DH it was special, just for his b'day!
Chris0 -
Took hubby to Louisiana to visit our daughter for Fathers Day. Had nice visit but ate too much. Did get in early morning walks while family slept in. Heading back to Houston today and back to routine eating.1

Sent her a msg this morning. Don't know if it's a really sad thing or not.
Chris0 -
"It takes ten times as long to put yourself back together than it does to fall apart." Hunger Games.
So, so true!!
Chris0 -
I hate break ups! I know they are sometimes for the best. I am a happily ever after kind of person. So sad.
Kathy congratulations! Woohoo!
Chris I have been slipping also.
Clara that sounds like you had a great time.

Oh my, Paula you said it. Nailed it right on the head! I woke up this morning and felt just like that! Did pretty good to. Keep saying that outloud if needed.
I was in court with 15 inmates doing initials this afternoon. And in walks an old co worker who lives in Colorado now! I was so excited to see him! The guys running the xray machine did not even give me a heads up! He does work as a bodyguard and other guard work on top of his law enforcement work. He was delivering a half a million in diamonds. So exciting. And he stopped in to see little Ol me! The rest of the crew were all dying with curiosity. Rocky and I took him to dinner. So I missed all our workouts tonight. Had to take care of my fish after he left.

193.193.8 this morning...wrong direction.
