172.5 this morning, but today was bad.
Our kitten has vertigo and it is freaking me out. I ache for her, knowing she's going through constant nausea and dizziness. She can't eat and likes to be held secure. She falls over when she tries to stand and now her head is shaking. It went away but then came back tonight. Feeling sick.
Sorry. But is it okay if i let this out on here with you?

Paula of course it is okay to tell us. Poor kitty. DH has nasty vertigo...salt does it to him. Check the cats food for sodium, maybe?? I've only had it a couple of times. Nasty stuff.

I'm dying!! I want to eat everything in the pantry even tho it's all DH's stuff and not anything I like. So dumb. Okay, I'm slurping down citrus water. It really does help. It needs ice...okay, I'm going to be fine until dinner time at 6:00.

My computer is acting suspiciously like it has a short! Worked pouring 12 stepping stones this evening. They are the 16 inch ones. Lots of variety for my pathway. I should count it as a workout.

171 the last couple of days. Don't know how it happened but the "you just have to eat less" sunk in and helps me stop at night. I just point out to myself that I'm not really hungry right now and I can have that yummy thing tomorrow.
Also have started walking more. Babysitting a friends cat for a few days, and walking back and forth (about a mile away downhill). Carpooled to a BBQ last week and walked back to the office with a friend (1.2 miles).
My DH asked me to take Monday off to celebrate his last month's birthday. We're using the resulting four-day holiday to empty out the storage pod. That's his birthday wish. It'll be a good workout too.
Chris, Do you have any pictures of you all battling the rope like crazy women? I'm having so much fun visualizing it.
Shelley, Pictures of your pathway with the new stepping stones? You have such a beautiful yard.
Kathy, Is tennis starting/ended yet?
