This is how Im going to eat from now on...
On my Low Carb days and my High Carb days I will eat in a 6 hour window between Noon and 6 and on my OMAD days I will eat either VLC, LC, MC or HC...Depending on if I'm losing or gaining will determine how I eat for the day.
VLC...Very Low Carb
LC.....Low Carb
MC...Moderate Carb
HC...High Carb1 -
This looks interesting. What are your carb sources usually? Also do you follow the 80/20 rule where you get most of the nutrition from clean sources and 20 from comfort food?0

No 80/20 rule...During the week my carbs are mostly clean and on the weekends they are mostly from comfort foods.1

Infinite ways of doing it. As long as your monitoring the results and making adjustments as necessary, it will work! Way to go!0

You can really see the drop after a LC day, some of that is water from not having to store glycogen but you still maintained overall and had a drop for the week! Way to go!0

I don't have anywhere near as much swing in my weight during the week. Must be those HC days.
Typically mine stays within a 2lb range.
Obviously you've got things under control though, as usual. Good work!1 -
