I just cannot get over how well you're doing! I have adjusted my goal weight to 130, and I hope to see some of the success you're experiencing when I get there!

Thanks for bumping! It is so inspiring to see someone not only reach their goal but maintain for almost a year. That's amazing! And it's even more exciting to see that you're still enjoying life and tasty food. I'm in awe.

Great to see you’re doing so well on a losing mode too.

I’m having too many splurge days myself so far and need to rein it in!

I think the weekends need to be taken away from me, that is where my calorie intake gets out of hand. Good luck to the maintenance queen.

Same here. I can wipe out an entire week's weight loss in one day on the weekend.

I lost a pound this week by reigning in my splurge days, I am only doing 2 days and instead of going hog wild all day I am only eating for 4 to 6 hours. I will continue to do this until I reach 122 because I want a bigger maintenance window.

So I flubbed up this past week and didn't reign in my splurge days at alI but I'm still under 130 today so I'm happy about that :)

    Fri......125.......Splurge Day
    Sat.....???........Splurge Day
    Sun....???........Splurge Day
    Mon...133.......OMAD
    Tue....130.2....Splurge Day
    Wed...130.8....OMAD
    Thu....131.8....OMAD (Very Low Carb/Calorie)
    Fri......127.8....Water Fast
    Sat.....125.6

4 Splurge days and only up by .6? I'll call that a win any day.

I'm thinking about adding one fasting day in per week. I've done full day fasts before when I was on IF but but not since I started OMAD. Do you have any tips or tricks you can share that helped you?

I did water fasting near the end of my weight loss and it was always on the day before my splurge/weigh in day...I drank lots of water and chewed sugarless gum.

If I hadn't had that water fast day it would have been more...4 splurge days is making it hard to get to 122 but it will happen ;)

What if you did a one-week challenge of super strict OMAD like @aleroache20? I feel you could easily get down to 122 with that and then maintain from there.

Man, I cannot WAIT until I am where you are. I would love to have that attitude of "I could" instead of "I NEED!"

Depending on my weigh in tomorrow I will either have a water fasting day or a really low carb/low calorie day...I know I'm already below my maintenance goal weight but I want to get to 122 or lower (I want a big window to work with) so I can start my new eating plan which will be OMAD/Not Low Carb for 5 days and 2 Splurge days.

Thanks for sharing your journey with us :) Just wondering how you determined your maintenance weight range and if you started to eat your maintenance calories at some point before you reached your maintenance weight. I am thinking of using my "goal weight" maintenance calories as my allotment for the present time, so I can get used to them. Again thanks and well done :)

Thanks, I always want to be under 130 so I figure if I get down to 122 I will have 8 pounds to play with. I don't count calories at all, I did that only for a short time after I reached maintenance but found it was too hard.
