    @gomissfitnes @wsandy8512 @brittdee88 @mikseyniha

    yes it looked good and tasted great haha, only downside it can become a bit of a challenge to eat that much food, my tummy mas bursting at the seams by the end, I'm sure the little good guys in my gut flora were happily munching on all that :D

    I always have that issue when I am eating whole foods, too, @x3nomorph. But like you said, let them munch away!
    Congrats on a great loss!

    my weight loss was stalled for 3 weeks because of the creatine load phase but I could tell I was losing fat, since I could fit in a pair of 32 jeans for the first time in ages, I really don't understand why the numbers in clothes don't match the real measures in my waist(36 inches) either the jeans stretched somehow or people are getting so fat that the manufacturers are cheating with clothes sizes :D

    Awesome on the loss!!! (And yes, it's called "vanity sizing"!! I order so many clothes online and it's just SO frustrating - you can never tell what is going to fit and what isn't....)

    There are no standards, which sucks. I can wear a small in one store and a large in another. When I was larger, I could sausage myself into a size 6 skirt from one store but was damn near pushing a 12 from another. Same fabric but radically different sizing. At least men's clothing uses inches. They may be inaccurate inches, but US women's sizes are super arbitrary.

    You are not kidding and it makes buying online impossible, for me anyway. Same with shoes for some reason, I have to try them on or it's a waste of time and money. I don't enjoy sending things back that don't fit. Lol

    I've been trying to increase the food load for my meals since I need to get my stomach in shape for the future, there cant be no scrawny size feeding on this plant based lifestyle or you'll starve haha

    and the 80's have arrived, two more decades to go

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SA0dsv-ClTw

    it took me around 7 years to gain around 70 lbs, I knocked 50 of those in 4 months and a half, not bad

    3 months of OMAD under my belt, I have been in cruise control for a while so is time to start losing up a bit , from now on no more calorie counting and weight ins will be every 2 weeks

    I'll still carefully measure the high calorie foods(avocado nuts and seeds) but everything else is whatever

    not everything is said and done though , there is still room for improvement, I'm going to start introducing plant based fully raw meals once a week(raw veggies/fresh and dried fruit/nuts and seeds) is going to take some trial and error to figure that one out ,so I'm excited for the challenge trying to take my nutrition to the next level
