    Weekly Weigh-in Post

    6/23/17: 200lbs

    6/30/17: 197lbs
    7/07/17: 195lbs
7/14/17: 198.8 lbs (after spending a week at Disney Parks in Florida and IF went out the window)
    7/21/17: 199 lbs
7/28/17: From 7/28 until 9/1 I did sporadic intermittent fasting, but wasn't very focused. My weight stayed around 198-197.
    8/4/17: 198
    8/11/17:198
    8/18/17:198

    9/1/17: 195
    9/8/17: 195
    9/15/17: 195

Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec- very casual and sporadic fasting during the school day. Usually I would sip coffee with vanilla creamer between the hours of 6:30am-11:00am and have lunch at 11 with dinner around 5. Weight slowly crept from 195 to 202 lbs.

New year and fresh motivation to lose weight.
    Weigh-ins for 2018:

1/14/18: 200.2 lbs and pretty much living in workout pants as my jeans feel tight and my stomach bloated. New resolve to practice fasting.

Weekly Weigh-in day is first thing in the morning on Fridays:
    1/14/18 200.2 lbs
    1/19/18 197.8 lbs  (-2.4)
    1/25/18 198.0 lbs (+0.2)
    2/2/18 196.4 lbs yay! (-1.6)

    2/9/18 196.4 lbs (+0)
2/16/18 196.4 lbs (+0) Had a busy week with unusual events. Used this as an excuse to snack throughout the day. Some stress snacking on junk food too.

You are making progress, keep it up. I've gone off OMAD for extended periods and I found the key for me to maintain the weight and not gain is to eat a low carb/low cal lunch like a large salad with some protein. Doing that, I can maintain doing 2MAD very well. I do need to do OMAD though to lose. Keep up the good work.

So, my husband and I purchased a new house and will be signing closing documents Friday of this week. While I love and appreciate my current home, this new house will be in the same neighborhood where my daughter attends school. She will be within walking distance.

I will also be only 3 miles away from the school that I teach at.

There may be a day or 2 of omad this week. We will see.

    Plan for this week:

If it's a school day, it's an OMAD day.

Eating window: 3:30pm -7:30pm. Between after school and when I put my daughter to bed. Mcdonald's, Subway, Whatever I want on my way home from school. I will also eat my regular dinner with my family between 5 and 6.

I will plan to work through my lunch at school.

During the day I will drink water. I am tempted to train myself to drink black coffee, however, should I really start a habbit that I may want to eventually break?

    Things I will need:

    Gallons of water.

    Clean Water bottles.

    Headache medicine- maybe

Miralax for consitpation (unfortunately, fasting does this to me)

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be no restriction days.

    Starting weight: 199.9 lbs

I would not start a coffee habit if you don't already have one. It is not necessary. I've lost all my weight without drinking any. Just drink lots of water. I do find if I'm having a rough day that a little bit of coconut oil (1/2 tsp or so) will get me through. It works every single time for me (worse case is I do that twice)! Good luck.

I agree. I've had an on/off coffee with cream habit for a few years now. Vanilla lattes and Chocolate mochas are a serious weakness.

New week and a new chance to fast. Unfortunately, my weight went up last week due to a few slip ups (fancy coffees are killing me), but it is a new week and life isn't over yet. Yesterday marked 2 weeks living in my new house (our boxes are finally all unpacked!)

It is one week until spring break, teachers get to wear jeans all week and students have early release tomorrow so teachers can have a work day. I will be working on grades for report cards.

Take care everyone and have a good week!

Your next meal is your next chance to get back on track. Don't worry about the past, just do what you have to do today. You've got this!
