Day 68: 180 minutes movement, including 75 minutes walking. Unfortunately, part of that walking was around the three bakeries we visited this morning, so a number of goodies followed me home. But: I logged and owned the two cupcakes I ate today, and cut up and froze the other three treats, so I think I've got this in control. I stayed under my calorie count today. We will pretend carbs do not exist until tomorrow...1

Congrats to all three of us, @valangel1902 and @1TheQueenB , for hanging in there! I'm feeling much better today, got over my flu shot reaction, so I'll be heading out a little later to enjoy the beautiful day (ok, I admit I'm walking to the grocery store for a loaf of multi-grain bread and to Starbucks for my beloved coffee, but walking the errands instead of driving gets me moving!)2
