Day 75: did 48 minutes of my Zumba max dvd. 3/4 of the way done! It felt like we would never get this far in the beginning and now I can’t believe we are already here!2

Day 76: 33 minutes of Zumba and we will be cleaning the house today. I am trying to have my husband pull out the Halloween decorations (I am too afraid of spiders to dig around in the garage lol)2

Day 70!!!! Ran/walked today and a full body workout with a friend- lots of sweat! On to Sunday- day 71!

Congrats to all three of us, @valangel1902 and @1TheQueenB , for hanging in there! I'm feeling much better today, got over my flu shot reaction, so I'll be heading out a little later to enjoy the beautiful day (ok, I admit I'm walking to the grocery store for a loaf of multi-grain bread and to Starbucks for my beloved coffee, but walking the errands instead of driving gets me moving!)2

Day 71 done this morning with a 30 minute walk with my girlfriend! Had to drag her to the walk!1 -
Day 77: walked for 28 minutes and then did 13 minutes of Zumba. I took a different route on my walk and didn’t think it was going to be as short as it was lol so I had to make up the time with my Zumba video. Once my daughter sees our house she thinks it’s time to be done.2

Day 79, 125 minutes movement, including a brisk walk. I pulled on a shirt that I haven't worn in a couple weeks, and was surprised to find it is now loose. Whoo-hoo!2
