Thanks Dave!! You are AWESOME but remember we can go a day or two without an update!!
We had below freezing this morning but I'm thankful because 100 miles or so from us had up to 2 feet of heavy wet snow with wind that have left people still without power!
Did 6 miles today (3 from the treadmill (yes the heel is SORE) & 3 from ex bike) & "we" did another full body weight workout.

...it has been one of those weeks. No subs....half the staff at camp with fifth graders. Crazy subs, whacky drivers.....bus issues....Student Learning Goals due, Intramurals starting and every couple hours a new email about someone forgetting to sign up even though the forms were due Friday. I wonder if I just said...no. I guess they would fire me and I would retire sooner.0 -
Oct. 4: Adding 14 days today of walking 9 and running 5 miles. Kids locked us out today because they kicked the stopper out of the door. Had to run around to the other side of the building twice. Running all over the field playing round after round of bounty hunter. I lost all my bounty. Too old, too slow and one bum knee....lol.

10/01 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (supposed to warm up this week, roadride!)
10/02 - 02.0 miles rest day walk
10/03 - 11.5 miles turbo trainer (session 1 cadence, was not so good)
10/03 - 11.5 miles cycling (decided to ride in nasty ENE winds, not very warm. But a short ride)
10/04 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (tutoring a special needs 15 yo, so more trainer as time allows)
Total: 71.0 miles

I'm gonna try for 160 miles this month - 120 cycling, 30 walking/hiking.
