10/08 - 16.0 miles cycling (out on the road, no wind but rode between rains storms. But really cold, 40F all day)
10/08 - 09.0 miles turbo trainer (mopped up the mileage target for today, warmer indoors)
10/09 - 02.0 miles rest day walk
10/10 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (well looks like the rainy season has officially started here in the Pacific NW)

Sorry you are getting snow so early! I HATE that stuff! That was one of the reasons I did not move there!0 -
Did 2 on foot & 10 from the ex bike! Mowed our sons yard & then mowed ours. Ours is on a big rider but it still takes 3 hours! Without rain this summer we hardly mowed at all just where I watered! Its amazing what a few inches of rain will do. Planned on getting my flower beds mixed with organic matter and tilled up but we could not get my mantis tiller running. My husband can fix almost anything but he needs to go in for some part tomorrow. But tomorrow I'm planning to help my sister on her rental so I'm hoping I can get er done Friday if the weather holds out.

You guys talk about early snow like it's a bad thing. I'm still a little kid at heart. I love the first snow of the year. I like riding my bike in the snow as well. It usually means I have the bike path all to myself. I love almost everything about snow. I'm not fond of yellow snow or driving my truck in the snow. However, I love skiing, biking, and hiking in the snow. Most of all, I like sitting on the couch next to my wife with a cup of hot cocoa and just watching the flakes drift lazily through the air as the fall and coat everything with a beautiful covering of white.4
