    5.1 mile walk. Needed it, I just signed on for a new job and also submitted my letter of resignation today. Clearing my head outside with a walk. It did wonders.

    @kar328: really? No hospital hours? I hope it will be a little less stress for ya!!

    A BUSY day packing an enclosed trailer for my son & their family. They moved in May into a small home owned by the hospital she works for. It was temporary with hopes of them selling theirs here & finding one there. So far the houses are not selling fast around here so now they are renting one bigger than the hospital owned one & hoping they can get theirs sold here before the snow hits! Tomorrow it will be pre-cleaning & setting up furniture!
    I did ride the ex bike 8 this evening instead of taking my furries for a walk & also because my heel was screaming at me!!!

    Charge nurse position in an OB/Gyn clinic Mon-Fri 8-5 like normal people. I went to see it today, I even get an office of my own! Took all my restraint not to take out my phone and take a picture. The building is by a major shopping area, the number of restaurants will be a challenge, but they have a small kitchen so I can bring my own food. I'm sure it'll have it's own stressors, but just making this change has already made me feel at peace with the decision. My vacation falls within the two weeks notice, so i have to make it three. I come back for one whole day, since I didn't want to finish out the week, but I find that funny. It's been a strange but fun day.

    My day was pure hell and I wanted to cry the entire ride home but I was just to mentally exhausted.

    Oct. 5: Adding 12 miles today of walking 7 and walking 5.

    10/01 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (supposed to warm up this week, roadride!)
    10/02 - 02.0 miles rest day walk
    10/03 - 11.5 miles turbo trainer (session 1 cadence, was not so good)
    10/03 - 11.5 miles cycling (decided to ride in nasty ENE winds, not very warm. But a short ride)
    10/04 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (tutoring a special needs 15 yo, so more trainer as time allows)
    10/05 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (what a long day)

    Total: 94.0 miles

    Ohhhh I feel for you!!! You NEED a bottle of wine & a nice hot bubble bath! It's hard to cry when you're all relaxed! LOL Cyber hugs go out to ya!!!

    @vhuber Thank you. I love how supportive people I barely know have been (like here and the morning gym goers). It really makes me realize how toxic my current place is. Physically and mentally this will be better for me.

    Adding 1 mile from HIIT class and laps.
