Not much further to Onederland!!! It's funny. I finally figured out how to work that Libra app, and it's prediction to Onderland is in January. I think it's wrong! At least I hope so!

Well done!!! o:) I'm certain it is wrong, maybe it's taking into account Christmas! However as we know, Christmas is fun then we go directly back into the straight and Keto! I have used a Keto prediction calculator from somewhere and it says I will by at my current weight by January 19th 2018!! Hope they are wrong..........or at least that I have thoroughly enjoyed the eating!! o:):)

To everyone out there, I love you and thank you for the fantastic support, inspiration, information and positivity.
Keep it on the low low and mash that cauliflower! Enjoy the bird, make a keto cheesecake (or something!)

Great job! Probably in December you'll be well into Onederland! Congratulations! You are an inspiration.

You're doing great too! Sometimes it seems like a snail's pace, but that's ok! I've gone the up rate a lot of times, but it's nice to continue seeing a downward trend!

Thanksgiving - Bird check. Mashed cauliflower check. Keto biscuits check. Keto cranberry sauce check. Keto stuffing check. Keto giblet gravy check. Pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting check! Possibly make a chocolate silk pie I saw in a keto recipe site. Not sure on that yet.

Rough week for me personally and emotionally. I'm glad I was able to keep control and not let the happenings get the best of me. I've been incredibly thirsty lately, even while I am walking around with a 28oz bottle of water. On Friday night I baked 3 trays of brownies for a craft fair. One of them was cheesecake brownie. I managed to take a few licks of the bowl, but there was no brownie eating. Major success for this chick right here. Also, I was so busy last week I did no exercise most days, don't like that one bit. Here's to a new week with a fresh start, and opportunities to continue the good habits!!

    11/05: 218.3
    11/12: 217.0
    11/19: 213.8

Impressive loss! But more than that, you didn't let your emotions get the best of you. And kudos on avoiding eating a brownie!

Wake up every morning to a fresh brand new start!

Feeling good. Experienced going to the movies for the first time this week without getting popcorn. I did have a few glasses of wine while out celebrating friend's birthday. But, I think I managed to stay in ketosis.

Well done, nice loss and also if you are fat adapted you will be fine anyhow even if out of Ketois for a day or two. Scales may go up if you eat over your carbs too much (which they didn't!) but that's only water retention for day or two! It goes, it goes!!

Still no results.. hopefully today! It was a long weekend! My 8 yr old son ended up in the ER friday... spent the night, had surgery Saturday morning to remove a huge infection that developed in his face. His poor face was swollen up huge!!! So all that was available this weekend was hospital cafeteria food. I still made it work tho, munched on salami, and cheese and made egg salad. My kids were impressed lol. I was super discouraged to bot lose anything on my last weigh in. Managed to drop 5 lbs this week tho. Yay!!! Weigh in is technically tomorrow. Last Tuesday I was 169 today I am 164. I'm super excited!!! Hopefully my doc calls today with my results!

What are everyone's plans for ketoing on thanksgiving? I started October 17th at 184... not one single cheat. I 100% made my mind up that I am eating whatever I want for thanksgiving. Then I thought about it... there is honestly not one single thing that I am dying to eat that day. So may just keto it that day. I would love to make it to under 160 by the end of the month. December on the other hand... it's my favorite month. I want to bake with my kids, taste test AND lick my fingers!!! I am going to enjoy December and choose my cheats days wisely!
