Several people have completed the October Challenge and between us we lost 65.5 lbs. :)o:) We are now starting a November Challenge which is open to everyone.
We weigh in on Sundays and post our weight. It's a supportive group, please feel free to join in.

    My goal for this month is to lose another 10 lbs. This feels like a milestone for me, because that will put me under 250 lbs, AND lighter than my boyfriend... both things that I have not been in a long time! Bring it on!! :sunglasses:

    I guess there is the advantage of my scales breaking...........but a pound is zippo over a holiday and you're still 14down! :)

    Hahaha! You're right! I wish my scale would break down! I have a very unhealthy obsession over it! I lost that pound though! Looking forward to what this month brings! Onederland...here I come!!! B)

    bye bye pound!! :) Goodness knows what I'm going to find when I replace the battery, assuming that's what it is, we're away just now and I can't find a replacement so it has to be flying blind just now and hoping that I'm not going to want to kill myself once they are working again also will they be weighing the same as they were before they broke, who knows!

    Thank you!!! I just try to keep it simple. No crazy recipes to satisfy my previous sweet and carb cravings. Seems to be working. Best advice I can give is do your research!

    Great advice! I tried to create all the different recipes I've seen for keto, and just ended up making myself crazy! I'm going back to keep it simple. I might try some recipes for Tsgiving, but for the most part...KISS!

    You're only 10 pounds away from your goal!!! You must be so excited! I still have a ways to go, but I'm getting there! Have a great month!
