Hey @KrystinaMTL - I was scrolling & thought for a second that those 3 guys were really in your house, WOW! A great byproduct of all of that sweaty exercise is glowy skin! Women spend serious $ to try to get it with product & look at you!! Great work!2 -

We drove up to Twin Peaks lookout today, which has a nice panorama of much of the Bay Area. It is a big, long hill, with a steep, steep incline. At the top, I see two runners racing up the steep incline and making it to the top in no time! It was amazing to watch. Serious respect to these SF runners & their “hills”!!1 -

Go GIRL!!
Sagi is a beast! Whenever he uses those 100 pound each dumbbells in the workout, I swear they don’t look real, like 2 boulders attached by a short stick. lol! Crazy.1 -

You are hitting it hard! Wow! A week of Hard Labor has been great also. Today was arms and shoulders and there was one move using heavy plus weight that I just couldn’t do. He’s tough. Excited to start Body Beast.1 -

Finished a week of Hard Labor today with an exhilarating last workout. It was grueling and without rest but I was totally pumped by the end and felt like I had just killed the workout. Felt awesome!!!!!
Total Body is my new favorite workout. I loved hammer power and this is like am amplified version of it. I haven’t yet set my plan for next week but I might mix up a few different programs so I am excited for the change.
I can feel all my muscles engaging when I move now and it constantly reminds me of the changes happening in my body. I am interested to see how far I can take this.

Amazing final run out here in the Berkeley hills. Am returning to my chilly Toronto sidewalks tomorrow. Next week, Week 7 is where the sneakers really hit the road. The long runs get quite long from now to end of May. I also start hill training once a week. I’ll admit that it is not my favorite, but it is really good for building muscle & endurance. My nearest hill is called the “hill of doom” by local runners. Should be fun! Will post Week 7 on Sunday. Have a great weekend!2 -

Welcome home dear !
It might be cold but the sun is out and the streets are clear so it's all good !
Hill of doom... sounds friendly.
Imagine me at the top of it, cheering you on with a trumpet and some ridiculous headgear.
Hill of doom, pffffttt, this hill can be conquered.

Wednesday earrlllyyyyyy morning :Flying out to Cancun
I have packed 2 sets of workout clothes just in case the fitness center calls my name. But in order to be 100% focused on my journey in my day to day life, I need to 100% let go once in a while. That is my idea of a balanced life. So this vacation will be a true vacation, without guilt or anything but fun in the sun. What happens in Cancun, stays in Cancun (and maybe on this thread if you're nice)
I may pop in once in a while to say hi here and there but I think a break from MFP is cool on vacation too. I know, I'll post a pic here... showing the relaxed me.
Back on April 1st with the 1st workout of the 90 Day Lean-Body Beast calendar with you guys and TRULY looking forward to it !
