Yes!!! I love this group and love the new name! I also think my husband is in for Body Beast.

LOVE THE NEW NAME! PERFECT!
I finished up my 5 day workout plan for the week yesterday with a relaxing yoga session. I am off today and plan to start a Week of Hard Labor with Sagi on Monday. I figure I will break up the week into 2 and throw in some other workouts.
I can’t believe I actually completed the 60 day H & C calendar and after my last workout I was nearly brought to tears. I have come so far and I am so proud of myself. Thank you all for sharing your amazing progress. It has pushed me to keep going and has kept me accountable. You guys ROCK!2 -

Love the new name!!! This is my tentative plan for this week. The weather here in SF is very unpredictable this time of year, but brought my running rain gear if needed. Here is a photo at end of my morning run. Off to Napa now!

- Wednesday after work: Build - Back/Bis +30mins Treadmill Netflix
- Thursday after work: Beast Cardio + Beast Abs (nope, will do them Saturday)
- Friday after work : Build - Shoulders + 30mins Treadmill Netflix
- Saturday : Rest (Build- Abs from Thursday) oops it seems I forgot to do abs
- Sunday morning: Build - Chest/Tris + 60mins Treadmill Netfilx

Well, one week done of Body Beast and did I mention ? Yes, I really really do like it !
Like I was telling Bianca, I feel like one of the boys. One that can hang with the grown-ups at the gym you know ? And I hold my own too ! It's just amazing what "one friggen day at a time" can do. It truly makes me fell that I can do anything I set my mind to.
I mean come on. Seriously. My weight and my relationship with food IS the biggest challenge in my life. IT has affected my life in every aspect. Always has been my thing. Everybody has a thing, that is mine. Forever. ANd I am, one day at a time, bit by bit, every single day, chipping away at it, at that big giant ball of metal pain (is all I can come up with to illustrate). And it's working ?!!! Me !!! This is me !?!?! I keep thinking, like all the time, WHO IS THIS GIRL ?? *kitten*. It blows my mind. Truly. If I can conquer THIS, damn, I can do anything.
I turned 45 last week and I am undoubtedly in the best physical shape, head space, spiritually, and in my heart, that I have ever been. Ever. I feel whole.
Bring it on life.
I am in it for the ride !

Hey @KrystinaMTL - I was scrolling & thought for a second that those 3 guys were really in your house, WOW! A great byproduct of all of that sweaty exercise is glowy skin! Women spend serious $ to try to get it with product & look at you!! Great work!2 -
Krystina that’s one crazy burn, you goooo girl..... That’s wayyyy to much snow for this Grandma, lol. Yesterday was an off day for me, although I was able to get a morning workout in...That’s okay, right back at it today, yay for me...

We drove up to Twin Peaks lookout today, which has a nice panorama of much of the Bay Area. It is a big, long hill, with a steep, steep incline. At the top, I see two runners racing up the steep incline and making it to the top in no time! It was amazing to watch. Serious respect to these SF runners & their “hills”!!1
