Hi everyone
I am a new member of the Melt Aways. @Jamie6636 mentioned that members could join even if not doing Beachbody. I am running my second half marathon in early June and would really like to post my weekly plan here to help with accountability. Is that ok? I have 4 to 5 runs per week, plus strength training at least two days. I live in Toronto, Canada and will need extra help getting out the door on really cold days. Thanks, Lisa

I have not run since I broke my foot 2 years ago. I just told my sister that I want to try to do a 5k on July 4th so I am hoping to be able to build up to it. I am excited to see your workouts.
@KristinaMTL @bianca616 We will be putting lines through 6 workouts this week! There is something that is so satisfying about using the strikethrough. I just love it.

FYI I am really struggling with cardio workouts. Normally they are my strength. I am not trying to 1 up anyone- Just an experiment with the elliptical to see if it helps and if my weight moves. Didn't lose weight this week but I feel like I did.1 -

Meh, weight shmeight. The scale is one dimensional. We, are not.
That might be my favorite part of weight training. Putting the scale in its place.

For cardio like plyo and chisel cardio I can easily do all the move but my lungs are on fire and want to stop. (But I dont) I am so so out of breath and I swear....a lot

All I think about is : "I did it last time, I can do it again. One thing at a time. I'll be SOO FnHappy when it's over." and then.... it happens, it's over, I somehow did it and survived. Completely spent, dripping wet and OUT of breath but I did in. So, I win. You win. We win.

Ive been doing a little of all the program this past month. I did chisel balance today. I might stick with this program. Tony Horton has been my favorite so far.

I do love p90x. Its been awhile since i did it. I also did his p90x3. The first one is still my favorite. I will eventually try the second.2

I want to plan for my return from vacation in April.
