Anyone else sore from the chest flies ?
My pecs are on fire ! lol
For some reason, that exercise get me sore every time.
I love working my pecs though...
It's a pain I welcome I guess

TODAY?!! EVERYDAY!!
I have been sore basically since day 2. Nothing too bad but definitely sore everywhere. Today was total body Hammer and it was go, go, go... No resting hardly. I enjoyed it and even bumped up weights between sets on one of the workouts but I have generally stayed at 10 pounds. I want to get myself accustomed to the moves and routines and then very slowly start adding weight.
Love this kind of sore!1 -

I had a couple of adult beverages Thursday and Friday night. OK maybe a lot of adult beverages on Friday night. This always seems to set me back. Going to just keep sticking with my plan! Today I am finishing up my week with Chisel Agility.

Hello Monday!!
Crushed my workout goal today and did Hammer power in the morning and then my daughter asked me to workout with her in the afternoon so I introduced her to PIYO lower body. Now that we have beach body on demand she wants to start working out with me. After PIYO she wanted to do an ab workout so we tried Brazilian butt lift 15 min abs. OMG! My abs were ON FIRE 5 mins in! I will definitely be feeling that one tomorrow.
Killed it with 3 workouts today!! WooHoo!1 -

Gotta so p90x plyometrics today. If y'all wanna burn a lot of calories y'all should try it. Jumping around for 50 minutes minus the warm up. It's a great cardio/leg exercise1
