    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous weight:156.2lbs
    Current weight: 157.2lbs

January has been somewhat of a stabilization month for me. When I started with this challenge in October, my only goal was to lose some weight. So, I did that. Since the weight came off so quickly and seemingly easy amidst some really stressful times, I've added in a new goal.

I want to compete at a Fitness competition. This means bulking up a little bit so I can tweak my body and then shred off another 15-20lbs of fat. There is also a 90 day transformation portion to the competition, so next weekend I get to take my before pictures and the really kick it into high gear.

So although I didn't help our team out much this month, next month I'll be back at it, dropping pounds all over the place

We are looking forward to being a part of your fitness journey. Best of luck on the transformation!!

    Calories Yes
Exercise no... Long hours sitting working has made my legs swell up again..and feeling depleted and tired... I better get myself back into gear for a workout to help keep that lymph moving

Yes, my husband always tells me that a full day of meetings tires him out more than a day of running around at office. I know it's hard to make yourself move when you are tired, even if you know it's what you need to do!!

    Weigh-in Week: 4

    Start Weight: 142
    Week 1: 142
    Week 2: 144.5

142 seems to be where you are residing at the moment. That number would be goal for me! Are you very far from goal?

    Tracking- yes
    Calories- no
Exercise- yes, 30 min kickboxing DVD

Just way hungry last night. I think part of it might have been the workout, it was definitely the most intense one I've done since my little guy was born!

Kickboxing is an intense workout! Good for you to do that on your own!!

Sorry Team... Not able to weigh in this week...
I have the flu and have been stuck with it since last week

Hopefully once this passes I can get back to the challenge.. Hoping this weekend will be the end of it...

I will try to weigh in Monday coming up.. I will probably will have gained due to lack of exercise and just eating what I think I can taste.

Sorry to hear that you are ill! Just do what you need to do to feel better, soon!! Hugs!

@RinsenRepeat, as far as your graph goes, I don't really know what I am looking at (what is the x-axis?), but I do know you lost just under a pound, like you said. A loss is a loss! Nice going!

Weigh in week: Jan. Week 4
    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous Week's weight: 159
    Todays Weight: 158.6

I tripped up a bit on the weekend but stayed on track all week. I'm mad at myself that I should've done better on the weekend! :(

X is weight logged since the start of January challenge... The red dotted line is my personal goal for January... I have to get my weight below the red line in order to meet my goal by target date.

Im not from America so I am not familiar with imperial system to measure things.. we measure weight in metric system using kilogram..

American here. Imperial system is stupid in my opinion, but since I learned that first and just a tad metric later on in life I am still more comfortable using imperial. But I think we need to switch over. Metric just makes more sense.

Yes, I love an empty gym as well!! Glad you got your workout in. Does that mean you are feeling better?

Yeah, I'm Canadian, so we are familiar with both. I have a calculator that converts metric to imperial and vice versa. It was the date across the bottom....for some reason I couldn't figure that out the first time I looked at it!

I did sleep for 7 hours yesterday during the day (10 am - 5 pm!), and slept like normal last night, so feeling a bit more rested. Still feeling a bit worn out, just not letting it get in my way of cross training. My team has our first British Champs game coming up in a couple of weeks, so need all the strength and endurance that I can create.

I'm thinking that I might have anemia, and need iron supplements. I have PCOS, and my cycle is all over the place, but I've been "on" for the past 26 days and I think that's been affecting my blood levels.
