I’ve been on track this week and doing well. I’m not sure how much I gained after last Friday’s weigh in, but F-Mon was a free for all food wise So while I’ve gained .5 since Friday, I’m sure it’s actually a loss since Tuesday morning. I just couldn’t face the scale before today. Motivated and looking forward to finally reaching goal.6 -

Repeat from December thread: January Goals:- Plank challenge: 60 minutes for January which works out to 15 minutes a week. For gods sake, can I please just get this off my to do list? I am so tired of failing this one.
- Weight goal: 185ish by Jan 31st. I have a doctors appointment on Jan 30 and I have to get bloodwork done the week before. I'm looking for significant improvement over my bloodwork last year. (so this is like 2a and 2b)
- three days of swimming per week, min 30 minute sessions. 7 hours min for Jan. This is revised downward due to both weird fitspace hours and my injury.
- 4 hours of alt fitness for the month - can be yoga, pilates, running, strength training. Doctor suggested I continue yoga, just not the intermediate poses. Sigh.
- track food 5 out of 7 days a week. I've really gotten out of tracking and need to get back to it because tracking works.
It has been hit and miss this week, but the husband is on the road today so things will get back to some semblance of normal. Less than two weeks left of class too and then I'll take a short break from intense studying (aka sitting on my backside) to get my house in order and then diving into the next round of certs.

Hey, team. Another busy day for me. A quick scroll through this feed says you are all doing awesome!! Got my son off to Germany without a hitch. Today we are heading to Toronto for a Leafs game. Tomorrow, I am going to focus on getting the Christmas tree down and getting back to normal life. Two weeks of total non focus and self sabotage....WTH?? As a result I am not weighing in this week. I know what I can handle and what I cannot.4

A little gain, but I'm fine with that. I've really increased my weight training and I'm increasing my calorie intake as well. I've decided I would like to do a fitness competition... Crazy! That said; I would like to gain 3-5 lbs of lean muscle mass and lose about 20 of fat. I've got my work cut out for me2
