I figured it out! Maybe I'm not that much dumber than a 5th grader after all LOL. You may be seeing an endless string of photos and gifs from me now.
The six Dopey medals!! I'm proud to point out that the lanyard for the Dopey medal itself says "perfect" on it to show that I've done all 5 of the Dopey challenges.
That is so awesome! I wish we got medals for cycling events1 -

Initially thought I'd strained/torn a hamstring so was having a few more breaks etc trying to rest it and in the end I had no idea as that didn't seem to work. Went to a physio and only needed 2 physio sessions and good to start running again. It was my lower back I dont do any stretching and my back was extremely tight and it seized my hamstrings. Lesson learnt I need to stretch.

@power0304 - I'm so glad you figured it out. And lesson to all of us who don't stretch enough.
I rode my bike into town yesterday doing errands and that puts me at 77/75.2 -
@vhuber: Talk about a workout machine girl! You are really movin' your *kitten*!
@Dean: Like your comment. My first guess was Trump and not football. I guess because the Steelers blew their game.
@Janet: That is some really nice bling!!!! You never stop amazing me! Awesome job! I would have no legs left after the Half. I have this on my bucket list once I retire in June.
@power0304: Glad to see that you got issues resolved. Stretching is very important.
Didn't log in last night. Came home feeling crappy and went over to shovel the neighbor's driveway out before the temps fell out again. Just crashed on the sofa due to sinus issues and an upset stomach. Thankful for a two hour delay this morning. Looks like we are going to have flooding again on Saturday or Sunday due to a rapid warm up for two days. Our weather is so crazy.
Will log todays miles later tonight.

Jan 18: Thought I was coming down with the flu or some nasty bug but after kicking up my in tack of green tea, honey ginger and lemon as well as my airborne and my green smoothies, I feel 90% better. I had some weird dream about my technology iPad project for my students that kept rerunning over and over again in my sleep. Every time I woke, I would fall back to sleep on the same dream. Either it was my stomach rolling in the form of the dream or I was stressing. Maybe both. Either way, the minus 7 degrees without windchill factor put it on pause again.
My fifth graders are creating videos of basic skills for my primary kids to watch and practice on their own. I am going to post them on my webspage for them to access and use. What fun...maybe.
Jan. 17: 12.25 miles of walking 5.25 miles and x biking 7 miles

I've been sick all week, no movement to speak of. Hoping I'll feel better after resting some this weekend.
