I haven't been doing much structured exercise in recent months so haven't posted on this page. However, today I did classical stretch for 23 minutes. Maybe posting here regularly will help build a routine to move more on Mondays.

Did my usual meet up with my sister at Curves, but since we had a bunch to do for another challenge, I did another 30+ minutes and then we topped off our workout with a 20 minute walk to and from the post office. Great morning and yoga to come for the evening.

I made it to HIIT class today! I had an off day again, really didn’t feel well and didn’t want to go. I would have rather gone home to nap. But, I feel way better after moving so I’m glad I went. I do plan to go to bed early, get extra rest tonight.

I sure hope your doctor gets to the root of your vertigo, @SwimMighty. But kudos for going to your HIIT class even though you didn’t feel like going. I’m glad you are feeling better!

I hit over 10,000 steps yesterday for the first time in years!!! I'm so excited! My goal was 7000, but my hip feels so much better that I was able to extend the distance of my walk last night. Made my new pup pretty happy too!

It’s my first day back to work and it’s overwhelming after 8 weeks of medical leave!! So, I’m killing 2 birds with one stone and going for a walk now for my lunch break! Sunshine, fresh air and quiet time!!! 😊

Lots of exercise today - met my sister at Curves then we took a long hilly walk and did 5 flights of stairs. Then took my pups for an extra walk in the afternoon. Then yoga at night.

Was not exercise but I pulled weeds in my yard for 2 hours! After that I felt like I ran a 3 day marathon.

I'm with you @prgirl39mfp I spent over an hour in my flower garden cleaning up. Also saved a few seeds for next year. I'm half way done so I'm hoping for more beautiful days ahead.

Good @nebslp . I am hoping I can save as much grass as I can. Not losing hope.

@themedalist It seems a little (lot) of rain doesn't stop you from your goals, does it?!

No, thanks to my treadmill. Very handy in bad weather and now I read almost all of my kindle books on it. I love my treadmill.

I won the lottery - lovely weather. I took an early-morning walk with my daughter. Then I met my sister for our Monday workout at Curves and will do a yoga routine tonight - last week of October, here I come!

My daughter joined me for my yoga last night. :)

Sciatica is back so no running this week As an alternative I did gentle walk and a restorative yoga session.

@cafelelia Hope you get some relief from that sciatica. Clever idea about choosing alternative workouts.
