Walked a hilly 26 minutes before it was too hot.3

Used the Stand Up app to remind me to get up and move every 30 minutes at work. Parked further away from the door so I'd get some steps in. That's about all my hip lets me do right now!3

After a 3 month break due to ill-health, I did it I'm especially proud as I had to get up an hour early to make time and my nearest and dearest will tell you I am NOT a morning person.5

Curves workout at my new Curves location on Monday. Meet up with the ladies of my old Curves location Tuesday. Good start to the week.1

@77tes I wonder if Curves is like the "circuit" they have set up at Planet Fitness? It looks very similar and I really want to try it, but I have no idea how to use the machines in the circuit and I'm kind of shy in front of people with stuff like that. Do you feel it would be difficult for someone to teach themselves? Of course, I won't be able to do it until after I rehab from next week's surgery, but once I'm healed I really want to get moving and get healthy!1
