What a long day....I did manage 1 Leslie Mile and bedtime yoga.4

I got up and walked around the office between my conference calls today and filled up my water. Didn't get much else in for activity because it was my first day back to work in two weeks and I didn't want to knock myself back down! Tomorrow I plan to turn Tuesday into my Move it Monday and lap the building between each meeting.

Woo hoo! I was finally well enough to get out for a walk today! It was a beautiful evening and though I'm very much feeling the pretty much lack of exercise since I've been ill, my pace wasn't too much slower. Hubby was talking about needing to do this more regularly too. So I got in my first MIM! 41 minutes.5

Today I made my Monday! I got up after each conference call and lapped the building to get my 250+ steps in each hour. Felt great to get away from desk.6

Done! 20 minutes treadmill HIIT. I realized I had moved away from doing HIIT on my treadmill. So, it’s back and I am fully energized and ready to take on this day!3

I took the bus this morning and then it's a 15 minute walk to work. Hubby picks me up on Monday so we can have a walk after work!4

I am barely able to keep my eyes open at work today. I have 3 more hours until I can go home and lay down. I'm thinking I'm not going to get movement in today. I hurt myself on Saturday and my back and ribs hurt to take a deep breath, so I have not gotten much sleep the last two nights. I really need to stop being such a klutz!!! I even roll my own eyes at myself now.5

@OConnell5483, I hope that you are feeling much better by this time.
I am so glad to see that the Move it Monday Weekly Challenge is going strong! Y'all are rocking those Mondays.
I am so sorry that I haven't been here to post my Monday workouts. Some of the month was really busy for fun reasons like I had my grandchildren here as well as some out of town family. The rest of the time there was a lot going on here. I could whine (wine) about some things, but then I'd have to go find some cheese to go with it  . I did 38 DVD miles and 979 minutes of exercises, including the Leslie mileage in March. I ended up with more 'free', or rest days, this month than I normally do. But I was still pleased when I added up the numbers tonight to finish off my March calendar, to see that I still managed to move/ exercise more than I thought I did this past month.
Here are my Move it Mondays for March:
March 5: 4 miles - LS' 4 Mile Super Challenge (DVD)
March 12: playing miniature golf and walking a bunch in the park with my 2 older grandchildren.
March 19: 2 miles - miles 1 & 5 of LS' 5 Boosted Miles (DVD)
March 26: 4 miles - LS' 4 Mile Super Challenge (DVD)
See y'all in April :flowerforyou:5 -
