@PinkyPan1 , are you the one on this thread that suggested qigong? I really like it and am trying to do a bit both in the morning and evening.
I love Qigong and fit a little bit in every day. Good for you. I did a couple different videos today. I promised myself that I would begin each day with some Qigong.4 -

I really got moving today! I love to start the week out hard! I had 35 active minutes before 7:30 this morning, not to mention a yoga workout and a short qigong session. Then I met my sister at Curves for our Monday circuit training.4

April 30: 120 minutes yard, garden, or porch + a little additional time errands

It is a great way to start the week, isn’t it?3 -
Not quite 4km after work tonight!6

I love seeing how many of you have made Move It Monday a habit!
I did a 20 minute HIIT session on my treadmill.7 -
7.29 miles while golfing today.

I did not move it much on Monday. Note to self: Do not break in new heels on Move-It Monday.5

I have a nearby friend who has joined me on almost every M/W/F (since early this February) for about 40-60 mins of video-led yoga. This Monday we did 50 mins of Hatha Flow asanas and afterwards walked about 2 miles at a brisk pace. By the end of my day I had achieved 10,000 steps including all of my casual household activity plus the time I spent standing/dancing when using my laptop. I usually struggle to get 3-4K steps in my day, so that was pretty encouraging!6

I had a great Move It Monday even though the morning was interrupted by having to take a car to the repair shop. Fortunately, my dear sister was willing to shuttle me to our Curves and home, and we even slipped in some shopping after the workout.4

44 minutes on the Elliptical!
3 -
3 rounds of tabatas, plus 4 rounds of alternating wall-sits and planks, plus a 30 minute run. :-) Take that, Monday!3

I plan to take a quick walk after my afternoon meetings at work today, and I'm planning to do the Body Groove videos tonight after work (Which is Dancing @MmamabearR )
I've added standing intermittently during conference calls at my desk. Since they are Skype conference calls and my headset is wired, I can't move too much, but standing is better than sitting, right?!5 -

Awesome!
Today, I've gotten in quite a bit of steps already. I'm working in another building. We're finally installing VoIP phones, and they have me all over. I won't get much dancing in today, but I'm sure to hit 12,500.3 -
2.5 mile walk with Einstein and yoga. I hope to repeat the walk and yoga after the sun goes down this evening.4
-
Qigong, aerobics, yoga, topped off by a Curves workout with my sister. Add to that a LOT of short walks and I'm up to 112 active minutes before 3PM. Move it Monday - Moved!4
-
After work today 3.66 km in 42 min. My app says this is my best pace in weeks! Score!5
-
I completed my hour of yoga this morning and will spend the rest of today doing some light cleaning and laundry. That should keep me moving most of this Monday.1
-
Because of the holiday, Curves wasn't open, so I couldn't meet my sister for our usual Monday workout. Instead, my daughters and I took a nice long walk around the neighborhood.4
-
40 minutes; 20 minute bike ride and 20 minutes elliptical3

Today, I have been taking short laps outside around the building at work in an effort to get some activity in, enjoy this beautiful day and keep my mood up. I've also been using the Stand Up! app to make sure I stand every 30 minutes. My DH is supposed to be getting my bicycle out of storage today so I plan to take a ride when I get home. So excited to hop on and go! Is it 4:30 yet???5

Going for a walk around the pond by my house after work today6
