@OConnell5483, I hope that you are feeling much better by this time.
I am so glad to see that the Move it Monday Weekly Challenge is going strong! Y'all are rocking those Mondays.
I am so sorry that I haven't been here to post my Monday workouts. Some of the month was really busy for fun reasons like I had my grandchildren here as well as some out of town family. The rest of the time there was a lot going on here. I could whine (wine) about some things, but then I'd have to go find some cheese to go with it  . I did 38 DVD miles and 979 minutes of exercises, including the Leslie mileage in March. I ended up with more 'free', or rest days, this month than I normally do. But I was still pleased when I added up the numbers tonight to finish off my March calendar, to see that I still managed to move/ exercise more than I thought I did this past month.
Here are my Move it Mondays for March:
March 5: 4 miles - LS' 4 Mile Super Challenge (DVD)
March 12: playing miniature golf and walking a bunch in the park with my 2 older grandchildren.
March 19: 2 miles - miles 1 & 5 of LS' 5 Boosted Miles (DVD)
March 26: 4 miles - LS' 4 Mile Super Challenge (DVD)
See y'all in April :flowerforyou:5 -

April 9: LS' 5 Miles - Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan.
If I have my customary rest day on Sunday I try to challenge myself to get a harder or longer workout on Monday, especially now that I know that Mondays can affect how I exercise throughout the rest of the week.

Well, walked to work this morning but neither hubby nor I were well enough to walk after work today.3

I finally got over 10,000 steps today. It has been awhile. I also did 16 mins on the elliptical, which may not sound like much, but Monday really wore me out. I did not want to workout. But I pushed myself for at least 16. Personal triump5

I love hearing your Monday updates! I walked a lot today and got my steps in, but not HIIT. But I did make several treks in my woods today! It was only in the low 40s, but the snow has melted, the sun was shining, and it was wonderful walking outdoors.2

Well done everyone!

I was going to take my first “Rest Day” in over 5 weeks (and 1 hr & 2.5 hour hikes Sat & Sun!!) But at 8:30 last night I just couldn’t LOL Aren’t Healthy Habits GREAT!!! So, I told myself, “Well, just get in the exercise bike for 10 minutes, which turned into 31 minutes! Yep, I know my brain & body! I just need to get her started!!
I’m a longtime lurker of this group; first time posting. I also took that Habits on-line course a few months ago & I continue to be a HUGE Marie Kondo person. Over the past couple of years, I’ve transformed our home using her mindsets & techniques. It HAS been life-altering!
Have a wonderful week.
Hugs,
Maddy
P.S. I’m glad you are all here, as tiny habits IS the pathway to success. I truly believe this & have had miraculous results.5
